SAAH acquires property through various channels and makes it available for infill housing development. From time to time, SAAH releases a Request for Proposals (RFP) for sale of property for the purpose of building affordable housing.

Pilot Program:
Small Scale Rental Rehabilitation
The Small Scale Rental Rehabilitation Pilot Program helps property owners make improvements to address code deficiencies in small-scale rental properties. The program preserves and creates affordable rental units.
Applications were accepted February 1 through March 24, 2024. The application is now closed.
